Port Meadow Inspection and Aunt Sally Match
The Aunt Sally Match is still going ahead at The Plough 25th June, as it is still table service, Tim will reserve 2 tables for each team. Sadly he hasn’t been able to get the free beer from the brewery due to the current situations(covid). The Aunt Sally match is one of his busiest days and with the covid restrictions, he has to employ much more staff, no more tables can be reserved and there is no advance table/meal bookings. You order your meals once arrived at your table. Tim has asked for us all to be patient with the staff for their drinks/ meals. On arrival at the pub, you will need to wait outside and be seen by a member of staff who will ask you to use your track and trace app or sign in, they will then seat you at a table. When sat at the table you won’t need to wear your mask/face covering but when moving about you must wear your mask/face covering especially in the pub grounds. As it is his busiest time and due to covid it might be wise if some of us can bring a deck chair or something similar, even a picnic blanket. He can’t guarantee customers will get a table as it is first come first served and you are not allowed to stand drinking your beers.
